Afíliate a la Alianza
Para que iniciativas como Alianza por la Inclusión se traduzcan en un cambio visible en la calidad de vida de la población refugiada es necesario que, tanto el sector privado como el gobierno de México, promuevan la inclusión de las personas refugiadas y solicitantes en la fuerza laboral de las empresas en México.
Las empresas interesadas en integrarse deben estar alineadas en la medida posible con los criterios de elegibilidad obligatorios y buenas prácticas contempladas por el ACNUR. Cabe mencionar que mientras los criterios obligatorios son garantía para formar parte de la Alianza por la Inclusión desde un primer momento, las buenas prácticas son especialmente útiles a la hora de identificar empresas comprometidas con la diversidad, pero que, quizás, no han llegado a desarrollar todavía políticas de inclusión específicas.

Solicitud de afiliación a la Alianza por la Inclusión
Si su compañía desea afiliarse a la Alianza deberá completar una solicitud para, posteriormente, ser evaluada en base a criterios y prácticas que reconozcan los derechos laborales de las personas refugiadas y solicitantes de asilo. Para esto, deberá seguir los siguientes pasos:
